Job summary

National 360 is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our Melbourne East & South East team. You will travel between Ringwood, Cheltenham and Dandenong clinics, managing a diverse caseload across language, swallowing, dysphagia, paediatrics, and community settings via clinic, telehealth and home visits.

You will enjoy flexible scheduling, regular supervision, and clear pathways for career development within a supportive multidisciplinary group.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• SPA Registration (or pending).
• Full Australian working rights (or pending).
• Minimum 2+ years experience in community, private or acute settings.
• Access to your own vehicle and a current driver’s licence.
• NDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Check desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests across language, swallowing, ACC, dysphagia, paediatrics or generalist work via community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions.
• Enjoy flexibility to manage your own calendar and work from home.
• Work across clinic locations as needed, building connections with multidisciplinary teams.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a focus on work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists and physiotherapists to make a community impact.
• Provide supervision to junior staff or students for senior role exposure.
