Job summary

National 360 is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our Melbourne East & South East team. You will travel between Ringwood, Cheltenham and Dandenong clinics, managing a diverse caseload across language, swallowing, dysphagia, paediatrics, and community settings via clinic, telehealth and home visits.

You will enjoy flexible scheduling, regular supervision, and clear pathways for career development within a supportive multidisciplinary group.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• SPA Registration (or pending).
• Full Australian working rights (or pending).
• Minimum 2+ years experience in community, private or acute settings.
• Access to your own vehicle and a current driver’s licence.
• NDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Check desired.

• Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
• Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Senior Speech Pathologist have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to speech pathologist and university students, sharing your expertise and nurturing new talent.
• Take part in regular team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

About You

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• You have current SPA Registration (or pending).
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
• For our Senior role you have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
• You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
