Job description

South Coast Therapy and Support Group – Nowra NSW

Leadership Opportunities | Flexible Work | Strong Support | Diverse Clinical Practice

Is This You?

You’re comfortable owning a complex caseload independently, while knowing support is there when you need it. You're an experienced Speech Pathologist who loves helping people achieve meaningful outcomes.

You've built strong clinical skills and enjoy working with complex presentations, supporting families and delivering evidence-based therapy.

But you're looking for more than just another caseload.

You enjoy mentoring others, sharing knowledge and helping clinicians grow in confidence.

You want opportunities to contribute ideas, influence clinical practice and help shape the future of a service.

You value flexibility, collaboration and being part of a team that genuinely supports its people.

Most importantly, you want your work to have a lasting impact—not only on the clients you support, but on the clinicians and community around you.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Join a Team That Supports You to Thrive

At South Coast Therapy & Support Group, we believe great outcomes start with supporting great clinicians.

Salary

$110,000 - $140,000 + Superannuation

Salary will be negotiated based on experience, leadership capability and clinical expertise.
