Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to lead, mentor and continue delivering high-quality therapy. You will mentor junior clinicians, deliver evidence-based therapy in home, school and community settings, and develop meaningful goals through comprehensive assessments.

Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners to drive positive clinical culture and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with NDIS experience.
• Ability to mentor and supervise junior Speech Pathologists.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy across home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with OTs, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
• Contribute to a positive clinical culture and clinical leadership.
