Job summary

The HR Ally is seeking an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect in Perth to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, business-aligned solutions for utilities. The role focuses on Asset Management and Field Operations, requiring strong leadership of architecture across applications, data, integration and security.

You will drive patterns for API, integration, event-driven and OT/IT, influence cloud decisions, and mentor teams through governance and design reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with solution/lead architecture experience.
• Experience delivering complex end-to-end enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and/or AWS, APIs, integration, microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms, API management and messaging/event streaming.
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, availability, resilience and disaster recovery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and architectural governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture across applications, data, integration, cloud/infrastructure and security.
• Translate business requirements into solution architecture, target-state designs and transition roadmaps.
• Define API, integration, event-driven, mobile/offline and OT/IT architecture patterns.
• Drive architecture decisions covering cloud, security, resilience, performance and operational readiness.
• Develop HLDs, architecture diagrams, data flows and architecture decision records.
• Lead architecture workshops, design reviews and governance.
• Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, migration, deployment and transition to operations.
• Collaborate with business, enterprise architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, delivery and vendor teams.
