Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Manager for Cloud & DevOps Engineering to lead cloud and platform transformations for clients in Australia. You will blend hands-on engineering with consulting and advisory skills to shape cloud strategies and guide squads to deliver tangible outcomes.

You will help clients build secure, scalable, and efficient cloud infrastructure, iterating across compute, storage, networks, and security while embedding DevSecOps and cost optimization into delivery.

Qualifications

12+ years of hands-on cloud and DevOps experience with client-facing leadership.
Deep expertise in at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) across compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, and security.
Proven experience designing and maintaining infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability experience across delivery lifecycles.
Strong consulting mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients to turn complex ideas into end-to-end cloud and platform solutions.
Lead the engineering side of digital transformations across single and multi-cloud with security and DevOps as core enablers.
Design and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-optimised cloud infrastructure.
Engage business and technical stakeholders to shape cloud, platform and DevOps strategies.
Run cloud readiness assessments, architecture reviews, and FinOps initiatives for clients.
Build and champion internal developer platforms and platform engineering practices.
