MTX APAC is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our global cloud technology team. You will design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, lead architecture reviews, and guide delivery teams through complex transformations.

You will facilitate discovery workshops, translate business needs into technical roadmaps, and work closely with client stakeholders to ensure architectures align with strategic goals and governance. This role offers flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Salesforce consulting or solution-architecture roles.
• Hands-on Salesforce PSS experience incl. Projects, Resource Mgmt, Time & Expense.
• Omni-Channel routing experience and agent/supervisor tools.
• Strong Salesforce fundamentals: Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs.

MTX APAC is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our growing team. We are a Salesforce Summit partner with specialist expertise in Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Tableau, Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging Professional Services Suite (PSS), Omni-Channel, Field Service, and related clouds.
• Define solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, and system design aligned with client business goals.
• Lead technical architecture reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and platform governance.
• Evaluate and recommend fit-for-purpose Salesforce products and AppExchange solutions.

Workshop Facilitation:

• Plan and facilitate discovery workshops, design sessions, and process-mapping sessions with client stakeholders, from C-suite leaders to end users.
• Lead business process workshops to identify current-state pain points and define future-state workflows.
• Drive alignment across business, IT, and delivery teams through structured facilitation techniques.
• Create and present workshop outputs, including process flows, capability maps, and solution blueprints.

Agile Delivery & User Stories:

• Write clear, concise, and well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Groom and prioritise the product backlog in partnership with Product Owners and project managers.
• Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical work items for development teams.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with client business and IT leaders.
• Communicate solution decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development.

What you will bring:

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or solution architecture roles.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Professional Services Suite (PSS), including Projects, Resource Management, and Time & Expense.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, including routing configurations, presence management, and agent/supervisor tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including declarative configuration, Apex, LWC, SOQL, and APIs.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and leading client-facing discovery and design sessions.
• Proven ability to write user stories, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and Agentforce.
• Exposure to Public Sector or government clients is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with integration patterns using MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
• Experience with data-migration strategies and tools.
• Background in pre-sales, solution scoping, or bid/proposal activities.

• Problem Solving – Take a creative and pragmatic approach to complex business and technical challenges.
