Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
• Knowledge of inverters, transformers, and SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strong safety culture and drive Zero Harm across site activities.
• Oversee site access, inductions, and compliance.
• Manage inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance to meet operational targets.
• Identify and implement condition-based maintenance.
• Monitor site budget and resource allocation.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with peers to drive operational efficiency.
