Job summary

Shred-X is seeking a senior software developer to own the design, development and maintenance of software solutions that support Shred-X and Med-X. You will work embedded in the IT team, delivering practical technology that improves operational efficiency and customer experience.

The role focuses on high-quality code in C#, .NET, SQL and JavaScript, with the full software delivery lifecycle and Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in software development.
• Experience with C#, .NET, SQL and Visual Studio.
• Ability to design, develop and maintain modern business applications.
• Understanding of software development methodologies.
• Experience with REST APIs, SDKs and system integrations.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset and ability to translate business needs.
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software across Shred-X and Med-X.
• Develop high-quality code using Microsoft stack.
• Collaborate across IT and business teams.
• Participate in full software delivery lifecycle.
• Analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Consume APIs and SDKs to extend functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to IT colleagues.
