Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production software in complex tech environments.
• Experience with Linux environments and real-time data processing is desirable.
• Exposure to observability tools and CI/CD practices is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable automation and observability platforms at national telco scale.
• Drive technical initiatives from concept to production with strong architectural decisions.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams and stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Solve complex problems across the full stack, from data pipelines to AI-powered automation.
• Establish engineering best practices and introduce new technologies.
