Job summary

Kaizen Global Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Sydney to design and build secure, scalable enterprise applications for BFSI clients. You will work with .NET, NestJS, Next.js and AWS services in a fast-paced Agile environment.

The role requires 8–10 years of software engineering experience, hands-on expertise in .NET stack and modern JS frameworks, and strong communication and leadership abilities. Australian work rights are assumed for local engagement.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Mandatory BFSI/Banking experience.
• Mandatory hands-on .NET, NestJS, and Next.js experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, scalable enterprise applications within the BFSI domain.
• Design and implement microservices, REST APIs, and serverless components.
• Leverage AWS services (Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Step Functions) for cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Apply secure software development practices (SSDLC) and CI/CD.
