Job summary

The HR Ally is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / .NET Developer to design and build cloud-native applications on the Microsoft stack using .NET and AWS. You will contribute to scalable services, REST APIs, and secure deployments in a modern DevOps environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong .NET, Node.js/NestJS, and AWS experience, plus familiarity with microservices, databases, and agile practices. This Sydney-based role targets leadership in a fast-paced, cloud-focused team.

Qualifications

• .NET Framework/Core with C# proficiency.
• Experience with microservices and REST APIs.
• Node.js and NestJS experience.
• Kafka and/or IBM MQ messaging know-how.
• SQL skills with MSSQL/Oracle/Aurora.
• NoSQL databases expertise.
• AWS services including Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch.
• DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Agile, Jira and Confluence practices.
