Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced capability in C#/.NET; other languages like Java, Python, JS are valuable.
• Experience building modern web apps, APIs and distributed services.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, secure coding and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and implement complex software features, APIs and services.
• Provide pragmatic technical leadership while remaining hands-on.
• Make and communicate design decisions across scalability, security, performance and delivery speed.
• Shape engineering standards across testing, CI/CD, observability, resilience and secure development.
• Break complex initiatives into clear, testable deliverables and identify risks.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, coaching, code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Work across engineering, product, architecture, cyber security, privacy, clinical and operational teams.
