The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Web Engineer to join our growing team. Initially, you will focus on front-end development in React while also helping to design and build the Node.js back-end architecture for our next-generation healthcare platform. This role can be based at our Varsity Lakes office or performed remotely from within Australia.

What You’ll Do

• Develop front-end applications in React with modern UI best practices
• Help design and build Node.js/TypeScript back-end architecture and services
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver user-focused solutions
• Optimise performance, scalability and security across the stack
• Contribute to code reviews, testing and CI/CD pipelines

What You Bring

• 5+ years in software development with strong skills in React and Node.js
• Experience in API design and integration
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Agile and CI/CD experience

Bonus Skills

• MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Docker and container orchestration
• AWS Lambda or other serverless frameworks
• Automated testing frameworks

Additional Requirements

• Australian working rights (minimum 3 years)
