Job summary

Troocoo is seeking an experienced software engineer to join its product engineering team in Brisbane. You will design, build, and maintain high‑performance software in C++ and C#, tackling complex problems and influencing architectural decisions.

Bring 5+ years of production software experience, a solid grounding in OO design and multithreaded systems, and strong communication to explain trade-offs. You’ll mentor others and contribute across the full SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Experience developing production software in C++ and C#.
• Solid understanding of OO design and system architecture.
• Experience with multithreaded, real-time, or performance-sensitive systems is highly regarded.
• Ability to work across the full software development lifecycle and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Mining software experience is highly desirable but not essential.

The Role

You’ll be joining a highly capable engineering team building high-performance software in C++ and C#.
