Senior Software Engineers will shape the platform, influence technical direction and deliver secure, scalable solutions used by millions of consumers daily. You'll lead backend service development with Spring Boot and TypeScript, explore AI-assisted development, mentor peers, and collaborate closely with site reliability

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating complex software systems in a SaaS environment.
• Strong software engineering, coding and system design skills.
• This is a predominantly backend service development role using Spring Boot and Typescript (node) tech stacks. Frontend (NextJS) web development and OAuth experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and delivery of secure, scalable product features.
• Influence architecture, technical decisions and engineering standards across the platform.
• Improve engineering quality combining traditional testing and mentorship with AI enabled practices such as code reviews achieving continuous improvement across our product stack.
• Partner closely with software engineers, site reliability engineers and product managers to deliver reliable, resilient services aligned with the company vision.
• Solve complex technical challenges and act as a senior escalation point when needed.
• Use individual and swarm based AI capabilities to accelerate delivery while balancing quality, security and token efficiency.
