Job summary

MyFast Medical is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our fast-growing health-tech team in Melbourne. You’ll own end-to-end features across frontend and backend, collaborating with product and ops to deliver secure, scalable solutions that improve how people access care.

You have hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS); you’ll contribute across design, implementation, testing and deployment in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience as a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack).
• Strong hands-on experience with modern web technologies (React, TypeScript).
• Experience delivering features end-to-end from design to production.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) you will contribute to the development and delivery of platform and product features across the business.

You will work closely with the Tech Lead and broader team to build, improve, and scale systems that support both patients and internal operations.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Build and enhance front-end and back-end functionality across products
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
• Implement APIs, integrations, and backend services
• Contribute across the full development lifecycle from design to production
• Work across cloud environments and deployment pipelines
• Support system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices
• Support ongoing improvements to platform capability and user experience

Technology & Platform

You’ll work across a modern stack including:

• React, Next.js, TypeScript
• Cloud platforms (Azure and AWS)
