Job summary

Morgan Consulting is seeking a Senior Software Engineer & DevOps to own AWS infrastructure while contributing to core C#/.NET development. You will work with modern AWS services, infrastructure as code, and AI coding tools on a growing SaaS platform from our Melbourne office with hybrid flexibility.

You'll design, deploy and secure scalable cloud architectures using CDK (preferably in C#), build backend services, improve CI/CD with Azure DevOps, and collaborate across engineering to shape

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across software engineering, cloud infrastructure or DevOps.
• Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET development.

Responsibilities

• Designing, maintaining and improving AWS infrastructure using infrastructure as code.
• Developing and maintaining backend services using C# and .NET.
• Building and managing AWS infrastructure using CDK, ideally with C#.
• Working with AWS services including ECS Fargate, Lambda, VPC, IAM and SSM Parameter Store.
• Improving CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments through Azure DevOps.
• Managing containerised applications using Docker.
• Ensuring cloud infrastructure is secure, reliable, scalable and maintainable.
• Contributing to architectural decisions, technical standards and engineering best practices.
• Using AI coding tools or agents within professional development workflows.
