Experience in Agile environments and design reviews.

Responsibilities

Understand and apply enterprise design and architecture principles.
Facilitate requirement discussions with architects.
Prepare detailed design documents (sequence diagrams, data flow, reference architectures).
Lead design reviews and secure approvals.
Lead estimation and planning in Agile.
Hands-on development with 100% unit test coverage.
Resolve blockers and ensure quality and security guidelines.
Demonstrate deliverables to stakeholders and track progress.
