Job summary

Hitech Asia Pacific is partnering with a Federal Government Agency to appoint a Senior SOE Systems Engineer for an enterprise ICT and modern workplace program in Canberra, ACT. The role is an onsite 36‑month contract with extension options and flexible arrangements considered.

The successful candidate will design, implement and optimise SOE solutions, manage identity and access integration, endpoint security hardening and enterprise system architecture in a large government program.

Qualifications

• Senior-level role focusing on enterprise ICT and modern workplace solutions.
• Experience in SOE design, build and automation.
• Knowledge of identity and access management and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users and admins to optimise ICT and business solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues across enterprise systems.
• Produce system design, implementation documentation and procedures.
• Support compliance requirements and knowledge transfer to technical teams.
