Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network is seeking a Senior Social Worker for Community Aged Care Programs in Murray Bridge. In this leadership role you will provide complex, person-centred clinical care to support older people to live safely at home and to work with rural communities.
You will mentor and supervise colleagues, contribute to clinical education and service improvement, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community services across the RMCLHN region.
