• Senior clinical social work experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level clinical support to patients, families and carers across the Cancer and Chronic Care Team at Westmead.
• Apply clinical expertise and professional judgement to manage complex psychosocial needs.
• Support colleagues with professional development in a collaborative team.
• Assist patients and families facing elder abuse, guardianship, domestic violence, child protection and bereavement.
