Job summary

NT Health at Katherine Hospital is seeking a Senior Social Worker to ensure delivery of high quality, culturally appropriate social work outpatient and remote services. You will provide clinical leadership and supervision to Allied Health Professionals within NT Health.

The role includes an on-call component within an extended hours service model, with potential weekends and after hours work.

Qualifications

• Qualified social worker with eligibility to practice in Australia.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise allied health staff.
• Experience delivering outpatient and remote social work services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, culturally appropriate social work services to outpatients and remote areas.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Allied Health Professionals within NT Health.
• Work on call within extended hours, including weekends and after hours.
