Job summary

one x Canberra is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to own and execute content and organic social strategy across client accounts, including hands-on photo and video capture. You will lead a small Coordinator team, coordinating workload with Account Manager, Creative Services Manager and Digital Growth Manager to deliver integrated client outcomes.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications, 4+ years in a social media role with graphic design, photography

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a social media/content/marketing role.
• Experience in graphic design, photography and videography.
• 1-2 years in people-management or team leadership.
• Strong visual storytelling and brand voice.
• Excellent organizational and content-calendar management skills.
• Proficiency with social platforms and current trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop content and social plans per client and oversee execution.
• Coordinate with Account Management to clarify briefs and scope.
• Capture original photo and video content on location.
• Coach and develop the Marketing Coordinator team.
• Prioritize Marketing Coordinator requests across departments.
• Set content guidelines and manage calendars and posting.
• Oversee coordinator-produced marketing collateral.
• Report performance data to support client reviews.
• Coordinate with Creative/Digital on asset needs.
