Job summary

MESHKI is seeking a Social Media Manager to run Instagram and TikTok, working with the Head of Social to translate strategy into action. You will deliver premium, on-brand channel activity that grows our audience and drives engagement.

You will lead a small team, manage the content calendar, stay ahead of trends, and collaborate across marketing, creative, and customer service to keep MESHKI culturally relevant and commercially successful.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social channels for fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok and digital culture.
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience leading and coaching a team.
• Analytical and commercially minded, turning data into recommendations.
• Attention to brand presentation and to detail.

Responsibilities

• Turn social strategy into channel plans for Instagram and TikTok.
• Own the content calendar and plan campaigns, launches and activations.
• Track trends and build authentic community connections.
• Measure performance and share insights with the team.
• Lead and develop the Social Media Coordinators.
• Collaborate with Content Lead, Creative, Digital Marketing, Customer Service and PR.
