Job summary

Moore Australia (WA) seeks a Senior SMSF Accountant to manage a portfolio of about 200 SMSFs, preparing and reviewing SMSF accounts and tax returns. You will liaise with external auditors and deliver trusted advice to clients while mentoring junior staff.

CA or CPA qualification is required, SPAA/SSA qualifications are highly regarded, and strong SMSF compliance knowledge is essential. This is a client-facing role within a supportive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as an SMSF specialist or in an SMSF-focused role within Business Advisory/Business Services.
• Experience preparing and reviewing SMSF accounts and tax returns to a high standard.
• Experience using BGL 360 software.
• CA or CPA qualified, with SPAA/SSA qualifications highly regarded.
• Strong technical knowledge of SMSF compliance and taxation requirements.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
