KAEFER Integrated Services Pty Ltd in Perth, WA, is seeking a Senior Estimator (SMP) to lead cost estimates for long‑term SMP projects in Mining, Engineering and heavy Construction. You will prepare tenders, perform first‑principles cost build‑ups and collaborate with vendors to optimise proposals.

The role is permanent and based in our Perth CBD offices, offering career progression in a rapidly growing global business with strong focus on asset integrity services.

Formación

• Min. 5yrs exp in an estimating role on SMP projects.
• Background in SMP or Mechanical Engineer with site experience.
• Estimating with first-principles build-up of resource hours.
• Strong MS Office, especially Excel and MS Projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately estimate all project costs (Labor, materials, equipment, mobilization).
• Obtain and analyse vendor quotes.
• Perform material take-offs and compile cost documentation.
• Identify project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Analyse schedules to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare tender clarifications and review documents.
• Lead tender reviews and approvals.
• Collaborate to develop competitive proposals.
• Ensure compliance with QA procedures.
