Job summary

KAEFER Integrated Services Pty Ltd is seeking experienced SMP and Welding Supervisors for a major Pilbara mining project. You will provide leadership, technical oversight, and coordinate operations across multiple fronts on an 8/6 roster with Perth as the point of hire.

Mandatory mechanical trade cert (Certificate III), S26 supervision qualification, and Cert 10 Welding Supervisor are required. Prior welding and heavy industry experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Mechanical trade cert (Certificate III) required.
• Section 26 qualification required to appoint as supervisor.
• Cert 10 Welding Supervisor qualification mandatory.
• Experience as a welder in heavy fabrication/mining/engineering environments beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project activities on site.
• Maintain safe work environment per Health and Safety policy.
• Coordinate resources, scheduling and daily activities.
