Job summary

SF Prestige Homes is seeking a seasoned Building Supervisor to coordinate and oversee residential construction projects. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure timeliness, budgets, and quality across diverse builds.

Applicants should have a Building Supervisor licence, 7+ years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver's licence. A competitive package including a company vehicle, phone, and laptop is on offer.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience as a Building Supervisor and/or manager (residential construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and WHS
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools/software
• Building Supervisor licence (required)
• Current driver's licence
• First Aid and CPR
• Clean Police Check

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and quality standards
• Mentor and support site teams for efficiency and excellence
• Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports
