Page Executive is assisting an ASX-listed resources company to appoint a Category Lead for Site Services contracts across WA, focusing on Indigenous procurement and complex services.

The role requires senior contracts expertise, leading negotiations, risk management, and building strategic supplier relationships, with travel to regional WA.

You will mentor teams, implement best-practice frameworks, and partner with Indigenous businesses to deliver sustainable value.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-value site service contracts.
• Deep knowledge of contract law, procurement methods and risk.
• Experience with facilities management and labour hire contracts.
• Strong analytical, financial, and contract reporting skills.
• Ability to influence and communicate with site-based stakeholders.
• Experience developing Indigenous procurement and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, negotiation and administration of complex site service contracts.
• Manage performance, compliance, risk, variations and claims.
• Build relationships with operational leaders and key suppliers.
• Support procurement strategies that maximise value and Indigenous goals.
• Partner with Indigenous-owned businesses and joint ventures to develop long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance and governance.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to contracts and procurement teams.
• Support dispute resolution and negotiation when required.
• Develop and implement best-practice contract management frameworks.
