Michael Page is partnering with a major ASX-listed resources company in Western Australia to hire a Contracts Lead. You will develop, negotiate and administer complex site service contracts while engaging Indigenous business partners to maximise value and local opportunities.

You will oversee contract performance, risk management and governance, build relationships with site leaders and suppliers, and mentor the contracts team. Some regional WA travel is required.

Competenze

• Track record of managing high-value contracts and negotiations.
• Deep knowledge of contract law, procurement methodology and risk management.
• Experience with site/service contracts such as facilities, maintenance or labour hire.
• Strong analytical and contract reporting skills.
• Ability to influence and communicate with site-based stakeholders and communities.
• Travel to regional WA approximately monthly.
