Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking a Senior Site Manager for commercial fitout and refurbishment projects across hospitality, education and office sectors. You will oversee end-to-end site operations, lead site teams and subcontractors, and drive quality, safety and programme performance.

You should have 8+ years in the field, with 5+ years in senior roles, and a proven ability to manage complex, fast-paced fitouts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in commercial fitout/refurbishment.
• 5+ years in Site Manager or Senior Site Manager roles.
• Experience in hospitality and/or education sectors preferred.
• Ability to lead complex, fast-paced fitout projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and subcontractor management skills.
• Trade background or construction qualification.
• Procore, HammerTech or similar software experience advantageous.

About You

• Proven ability to lead complex, fast-paced fitout and refurbishment projects
• Strong leadership, communication and subcontractor management skills
• Trade background or relevant construction qualification
