Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead a 15M gym and wellness construction project. You’ll be the key on-site contact, supported by two foremen, and responsible for delivering safety, quality and programme milestones.

This site-based role in South Brisbane offers a one-stage interview process and the chance to drive a technically challenging build within a national construction and fitout specialist.

Qualifications

• Extensive Site Manager experience delivering complex commercial construction or fitout projects around 15M.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, trade coordination, site logistics and programme management.
• Confident client communication and proven ability to lead subcontractors and site teams.
• Relevant QBCC licence and construction trade qualification.
• Current White Card, First Aid and CPR certification, and driver’s licence.

Take ownership of a 15M gym and wellness construction project in South Brisbane with an established national construction and fitout specialist. You’ll be the key site contact, supported by two foremen, with the opportunity to lead a technically challenging build.

Desirable:

• Experience delivering gyms, wellness facilities or projects involving pools, crane operations and structural steel.

Salary

200,000–210,000, depending on experience.
