Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as showroom or store manager in bathware, kitchen, furniture or allied industries.
• You know this world and how to perform in it, with a track record of leadership and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a six-person showroom team across sales, admin and warehouse.
• Drive sales by following up on quotes, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries to sales.
• Manage showroom presentation and merchandising to keep displays fresh and aligned with client needs.
• Oversee daily operations including stock, returns and deliveries to ensure smooth running.
• Collaborate with the GM on margins, business objectives and revenue growth.
