You will work with drilling and anchoring crews, ensure safety and quality standards, and operate shotcrete machinery on challenging sites.

The role requires demonstrated hands-on experience with shotcrete application, equipment handling, and a sound understanding of concrete mixing techniques.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience in shotcrete application.
• Proven ability to operate shotcrete machinery and equipment.
• Strong practical understanding of concrete mixing and shotcrete techniques.
• Experience working with anchoring and drilling teams.
• Ability to demonstrate and verify relevant ground engineering experience.
• Ability to contribute to team development and operational performance.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Nationally accredited OHS Card/White Card or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate shotcrete machinery and associated equipment safely and effectively.
• Apply shotcrete to prepared surfaces per project requirements.
• Work collaboratively with anchoring and drilling crews on ground support activities.
• Coordinate and manage shotcrete operations across project sites.
• Use appropriate concrete mixing and application techniques.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of shotcrete application.
• Contribute practical knowledge and experience to improve team capability.
• Support the development of skills within the shotcrete team.
• Maintain strong safety practices throughout all site operations.
• Carry out routine checks and maintenance of shotcrete equipment.
• Adapt to different ground conditions, environments and project requirements.
• Follow site procedures, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to efficient project completion and high-quality outcomes.
