Employer Sponsored Jobs in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Shotcreter to contribute to specialist ground support projects involving shotcrete and related stabilisation works. You will work with drilling and anchoring crews, ensure safety and quality standards, and operate shotcrete machinery on challenging sites.

The role requires demonstrated hands-on experience with shotcrete application, equipment handling, and a sound understanding of concrete mixing techniques.

Formación

Demonstrated professional experience in shotcrete application.
Proven ability to operate shotcrete machinery and equipment.
Strong practical understanding of concrete mixing and shotcrete techniques.
Experience working with anchoring and drilling teams.
Ability to demonstrate and verify relevant ground engineering experience.
Ability to contribute to team development and operational performance.
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
Nationally accredited OHS Card/White Card or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

Operate shotcrete machinery and associated equipment safely and effectively.
Apply shotcrete to prepared surfaces per project requirements.
Work collaboratively with anchoring and drilling crews on ground support activities.
Coordinate and manage shotcrete operations across project sites.
Use appropriate concrete mixing and application techniques.
Monitor the quality and consistency of shotcrete application.
Contribute practical knowledge and experience to improve team capability.
Support the development of skills within the shotcrete team.
Maintain strong safety practices throughout all site operations.
Carry out routine checks and maintenance of shotcrete equipment.
Adapt to different ground conditions, environments and project requirements.
Follow site procedures, safety requirements and quality standards.
Contribute to efficient project completion and high-quality outcomes.
