Job summary

Bluegrass BBQ Albion is seeking a Team/Shift Leader to take owner- ship of the FOH operation and drive guest experiences. This casual leadership role sits under the Restaurant Manager, focusing on leading a busy FOH team, running efficient shifts, and upselling to drive sales.

The ideal candidate will have previous FOH supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality. This is a great progression opportunity with management support and a pathway to further responsibility

This is a casual leadership position, to begin with, for someone who is ready to move beyond simply running shifts and take genuine ownership of the FOH operation.

We're looking for someone who understands that great hospitality is about more than getting through service. It's about leading people, creating exceptional guest experiences, driving sales and helping build a team that wants to come to work and be successful.

Team/Shift Leader – Albion (Casual)

The Role

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

You'll be expected to:

• Help lead our FOH team.
• Run organised, efficient and high-performing shifts.
