The University of Sydney is seeking a Senior Program Project Officer (Targeted) to lead the creation of training resources and programs supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and wellbeing workforces across Australia. This fixed-term, part-time role (0.6 FTE) is location-flexible with regular travel to Lismore.

• Relevant qualifications or equivalent lived and professional experience in Aboriginal health or SEWB.
• Strong understanding of SEWB concepts and related health services.
• Experience developing, coordinating, or delivering training and workforce development.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver workforce development initiatives for SEWB resources.
• Create culturally responsive learning resources and training materials for health professionals.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify workforce needs and develop solutions.
• Coordinate projects, ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Promote training opportunities and engage stakeholders across platforms.
• Support research and evaluation to inform continuous improvement.
