Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to drive delivery on major, high-profile projects in Sydney and NSW. The role spans design coordination, site execution, and cross-disciplinary collaboration across health, social infrastructure, and education sectors.

You will manage project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, oversee cost control, quality assurance, and environmental compliance while championing health and safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Support Project & Site Management: Assist with project coordination and subcontractor management, ensuring on-time completion and quality adherence.
• Design Management: Resolve design issues and provide technical input throughout both the design and construction phases.
• Program Preparation & Administration: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring effective program management and delivery.
• Site-Based Execution: Oversee cost management, quality assurance, and environmental controls on-site, ensuring compliance and reporting progress regularly.
• Health & Safety Advocacy: Champion health and safety initiatives, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
