Job summary

Versent is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Engineer to design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow solutions that improve service management, automate workflows, and optimise business operations. This role requires candidates who currently hold Australian security clearance.

You will design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps, configure workflows and integrations, translate business needs into technical solutions, and lead delivery end-to-end while adhering to

• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Ability to work in Agile delivery environments.
• An interest in expanding skills into other ITSM tools, Cloud, AIOps or Security.

As a ServiceNow Technical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering ServiceNow solutions that enable clients to improve service management, automate workflows, and optimise business operations.
