Job summary

Sydney Water is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the ServiceNow implementation and future growth of the platform. You will oversee project teams across governance, business, and vendor roles, delivering high-quality solutions with real business value.

You will build structured business cases, manage budgets and forecasts, and drive delivery within schedule and budget while mentoring other project managers in PRINCE2, DDP, and portfolio processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow delivery methodologies and implementations.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and team-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Track record delivering technology projects on time and within budget.
• Degree in technology is desirable; project management certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow delivery and develop platform capabilities.
• Manage multiple projects with virtual teams.
• Ensure clear roles, accountabilities and budgets.
• Foster collaboration across governance, business, technical and vendor teams.
• Provide monthly progress reporting to project boards.
