Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Senior Service Operations Manager based in Western Sydney, NSW, to lead the launch and ongoing operation of one of Australia’s most advanced automated distribution facilities.

You will build and develop a high-performing onsite team, oversee the transition from project delivery to business-as-usual operations, and drive safety, customer focus, and operational excellence across all service metrics.

As the senior onsite leader, you will build and develop a high-performing team, oversee the transition from project delivery to operational service, and drive a culture of safety, customer focus, and operational excellence.

You will be accountable for site safety, service delivery, customer relationships, team performance, and financial outcomes, ensuring the operation consistently meets customer and business expectations.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is desirable.
