Aristocrat is seeking a dynamic Senior Service Manager to lead our Sydney Metro region's service operations. You will balance customer engagement, financial accountability, and people leadership to drive balanced business performance in a world-class environment.

You will guide Field Service Managers, manage executive customer relationships, and oversee regional contract performance to meet SLAs, profitability, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall regional service operations and meet customer commitments.
• direct leadership to Field Service Manager teams with accountability for performance.
• Coach, mentor and manage Field Service Managers for development and success.
• Manage executive customer relationships and major partner issues.
• Conduct business reviews and plan upcoming activities with stakeholders.
• Own regional contract performance and ensure SLAs and financial targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability through pricing and efficiency.
• Partner with Sales to support retention, renewals and new business.
• Oversee regional budgets, revenue, margins, and operating expenses.
• Lead workforce planning and resource optimization across teams.
• Promote cross-regional collaboration to improve utilization and responsiveness.
• Uphold safety, compliance and quality assurance initiatives.
• Analyze performance dashboards to identify risks and improvements.
• Support major deployments and strategic customer initiatives.
• Develop succession plans and leadership potential for Field Service Managers.
