Responsibilities

• Lead overall operational performance of the Sydney Metro region to meet commitments and targets.
• Directly lead the Field Service Manager team and drive accountability for outcomes.
• Coach and manage Field Service Managers and provide performance feedback.
• Manage executive customer relationships and act as senior point of contact.
• Conduct business reviews, plan activities, and optimize profitability.
• Own contract performance, service levels, and compliance with SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability through pricing and efficiency.
• Partner with Sales to support retention, renewals, and new opportunities.
• Review regional financials including revenue, margin, and expenses.
• Lead workforce planning and cross‑regional collaboration for better utilization.
• Ensure consistent policy implementation and safety, quality assurance.
• Analyze dashboards to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support major deployments and product launches with customers.
• Form succession plans and develop leadership potential among managers.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships across Service, Product, Sales, and Support.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
