Hoban Recruitment is seeking an EL1 level Service Designer to join a high-performing team driving service improvements and better customer experiences. The role is located in NSW with flexible work arrangements and a 37.5-hour work week.

You will lead design initiatives, engage stakeholders, and apply human-centered design methods to deliver evidence-based outcomes within a government environment. Immediate start available.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering service design in complex environments.
• Strong process mapping and workflow analysis skills.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proven capability to facilitate workshops and interviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead current-state and future-state process mapping.
• Identify service pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user testing.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations for service delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with service designers, business analysts, UI/UX and operations.
• Maintain improvement backlogs and support continuous improvement.
• Build stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes.
