NSW Sheriff's Office in Tamworth is seeking a Senior Sergeant to supervise a small team and allocate resources to meet the Sheriff’s Office operational requirements. You will provide day-to-day supervisory and administrative services to deliver high-quality services to court processes, jurors, and court security.

The role requires leadership, strategic planning, adaptability, and compliance with relevant policies.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, mentor, and support team members in duties, contributing to team development.
• Allocate resources to ensure efficient court operations and maintain safety and security of court complexes and users.
• Undertake law enforcement duties in compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
• Maintain records to meet prescribed financial and operational guidelines and roster visibility.
• Provide high-quality services to court users, including judicial officers and jurors.
• Build and maintain relationships with court stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Regional Commander and other OICs to facilitate support at other locations during shortages or high-risk matters.
• Contribute to development and implementation of initiatives to improve work practices.
