Job summary

The Company in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Commissioning Technician with proven experience in installing and commissioning high-end electronic security systems. You will work as part of a close-knit team, delivering professional service on access control, CCTV, intercoms and integrated platforms.

You will program Gallagher, Genetec and Lenel systems, perform preventative maintenance, and liaise with customers on technical matters.

Qualifications

Solid commissioning experience on high-end electronic security systems.
Able to program a range of enterprise access control platforms.
Strong IP networking knowledge.
Confident with IP cameras, video management software and networks.
Current Victorian security licence (Installer).
Construction induction (White Card) and open cabling registration.
A proven track record of working unsupervised.
Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

Installing and commissioning security systems including access control, CCTV, intercoms, alarms and integrated systems.
Programming and commissioning platforms such as Gallagher, Genetec and Lenel (Integriti and Milestone also highly regarded).
Preventative maintenance on alarm and CCTV systems.
Liaising with key customers on technical and service matters.
Working with the team to attend service call-outs as they arise.
Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times.
Working unsupervised with strong attention to detail.
