• Experience in Security Operations and cyber incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead detection, investigation and response to cyber security incidents.
• Regional SME partner with IT teams and Security Architecture to improve security controls and response processes.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and dashboards.
• Maintain and enhance security processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Design and optimise monitoring use cases and detection capabilities.
• Identify and implement improvements to security tools and workflows.
• Support the adoption of AI and automation within security operations.
• Contribute to playbook development and operational efficiency using generative AI.
• Mentor and support the development of Security Analysts.
• Act as a delegate for Security Operations leadership when required.
