Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, seeks an experienced SOC professional to own engagements end-to-end, from maturity assessments to SIEM/SOAR migrations. This hands-on role combines technical rule design with stakeholder delivery across APAC.

You will mentor analysts, drive data pipeline initiatives, and coordinate with customers on milestones and outcomes, aligning security delivery with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in SOC operations, security engineering, or detection engineering.
• 2-3 years in a delivery-focused or senior practitioner role.
• Hands-on experience designing and tuning detection rules in at least one SIEM.
• Hands-on SOAR experience - playbook design, alert triage and enrichment.
• Proven ability to run security engagements end-to-end and deliver findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC maturity assessments with workshops and benchmarks.
• Own detection engineering delivery from gap analysis to rule tuning.
• Manage log ingestion and data quality programmes, including source audits and retention policies.
• Run SIEM/SOAR migrations end-to-end using Modernisation Factory methodology.
• Act as primary delivery contact, manage stakeholders and milestones.
• Mentor Senior Analysts and contribute to delivery playbooks.
• Lead data pipeline deployments across platforms like Bindplane and custom parsers.
