Job summary

Aged Care Quality Careers is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead agile practices in Sydney for one or more scrum teams. You will align with Client's agile framework, remove blockers, and drive timely value delivery.

In this fast-paced public sector environment, you will collaborate with product owners, facilitate ceremonies, and coach teams toward continuous improvement. Australian citizenship with Baseline Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of Scrum Master experience.
• Fintech experience is a plus.
• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Experience delivering software projects.
• Proficient in Jira/Confluence.
• Strong listening and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive agile practices and culture in one or more scrum teams aligning to Client's agile framework.
• Continuous process improvement, help product owners and team members scrum to operate efficiently and consistently.
• Build continuous improvement mindset in scrum teams and effectively run scrum ceremonies to deliver value to business.
• Supports the product development team to plan and define the product backlog, establish measurable sprint goals, and provide guidance on estimation and allocation of work.
• Facilitates the team through collaborative meetings and ceremonies, removes obstacles, and protects the team from external interference.
• Communicates the teams progress towards goals to project leadership / product owner.
• Tracks and communicates scrum team development status, escalates obstacles, and helps deliver project work on schedule and budget.
• Continuous communication with stakeholders, enterprise agile coach and the product owner.
• Obtains continuous feedback across team and stakeholders, building and managing stakeholder relationships.
